Spray Booth
The Paintshop consists of Gerry and six staff: Lance, Dion, Shannen, Shane, Paul, and Mark. Mark joined our team six months ago and is now undergoing a carpainting apprenticeship. Shane has represented Auckland in the PPG youth skills. Dion, Lance, and Shannen have worked overseas in the UK and Australia and have brought a wealth of knowledge and experience into our shop. Paul has 18 years experience in car refinishing and loves the challenge of restoration.

Wakefield Car Painters has a very modern paint shop consisting of two spray and bake ovens.The first spray booth was bought in 1994, and it is a Seetal V90. The second spray booth was bought in 1997 and it is a Monarch Ultrafinish, these spray booths provide all the necessary facilities for an excellent refinish on all vehicles.

In our team we also have a car groomer who specialises in returning your vehicle completely cleaned interior and exterior.

Valeting is undertaken on every vehicle that enters the premises. Valeting includes complete exterior and interior cleaning. The out side of the vehicle is throughly washed including wheels and rims.
